Niederau ski resort can be found in the Wildschönau Valley which is set between the Kitzbüheler Alps and the Wilder Kaiser Mountains in Austria. It is on a par, price wise, with its neighbours Söll (Wilder Kaiser) and Kirchberg (Kitzbüheler Alps) and is a popular resort for a family ski holiday.

Niederau skiing and snowboarding is mainly suited to beginners and intermediates with with a good variety of beginner runs at the edge of the village for starting off on with some more challenging runs for intermediate enthusiasts. For snowboarders there is a boarder arena in Niederau as well as a fun park in nearby Auffach that has rails, a halfpipe as well as other challengers for testing (and improving) your skills on.

Niederau après ski is tamer than some of the livelier Austrian, however, there are still enough options to keep you going for the week with a selection of bars, pubs and discos. Other off piste activities includes winter walking, tobogganing, ice skating, sleigh rides and more.

We can take care of the very young (children that are too young to go skiing) so that parents may enjoy an easy going day of skiing.

Bobo's Kinderclub

Bobo's Kinder Club exists purely for the fun of children. Here the friendly ski instructors, trained to work with children, make sure your youngsters learn by having fun. Children aged 2 years and over are welcome here and our opening hours are Sunday to Friday 09.30 to 15.30

Happy Ski School, Oberau

Happy Ski School will make learning fun for your children. We have a well equipped Children’s Club. We welcome children aged 4 years ad over and our opening hours are daily from 10.00 to 12.00 and 13.30 to 15.30
