Like Kaprun and Zell am See in Austria skiing Mayrhofen offers access to high altitude, glacier skiing. Thanks to the Hintertux glacier Mayrhofen can offer year round skiing for winter and summer enthusiasts. Mayrofen Valley consists a number of villages spread throughout the Tuxertal Valley where we can offer a variety of accommodation. We feature accommodation in the villages of Finkenberg, Hippach, Ramsau im Zillertal and Zell am Ziller. Mayrhofen ski resort offers access to both the Penken and Ahorn ski areas.

Mayrhofen ski packages gives new enthusiasts a great place to start off on as well as plenty of slopes of varying difficulty that give beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders the chance to improve their skills.

For those that would like to try out some of the alternative off slope activities available there is snow trekking, snow tubing, skidooing or paragliding.
All the different villages offer a variety of après ski options but Mayrhofen itself is well known as one of the liveliest après ski spots in the Alps. Kinderschool Penken und Ahorn

Children aged between 3 and 14 years are supervised by patient and fully-trained skiing instructors. The course times run from: 10.00 to 12.00 and 13.30 to 15.30
